What are the startup costs, do I have to pay monthly fees?

There are NO set-up fees to open a Worldial.com account. There is no time limitation on any accounts, no monthly charges, and no annual charges, so you can keep it as long as you want, even for years. NO USAGE = NO BILLING. You can activate the services individually depending on your needs and just when you need them.

What is the Startup Balance?

It is the amount fixed by you at signup that will be deposited into your Global Roaming account and counted against the use of the services made by you.

Do I have to pay for the phone calls?

Toll Free numbers where available: our rates include the phone call charges. You will surely appreciate this option when staying in a hotel or a friend's house.
Local Numbers: you will be charged for the local calls by your local phone company. We do not bill those phones calls (cost of local call varies from one country to another).

Will I receive an Invoice for my monthly usage?

The service charges for roaming will be itemized in your monthly billing, easily accessible on-line using our sophisticated control panel which includes invoices, payment, current and past balances as well as an overall summary of your account. The minimum invoicing for your monthly usage is 5.00 USD. If you don't use the service no billing will be issued for that month and no minimum or additional charges will be applied.

What do I need to use the roaming service?

All you need is the iPass client software, which has a point-and-click interface and a listing of all iPass access numbers, and connectivity hardware, such as a modem for dial-up, an Ethernet adapter for wired broadband roaming, or a Wi-Fi adapter for wireless broadband roaming. Often these capabilities are built into your laptop; otherwise you must purchase an add-on device.

How do I find the correct number when I'm ready to dial in?

We provide client software for you to install on your laptop. The iPass client software provides a simple point-and-click interface that allows you to select the country and city where you are. You will then get a list of the available local access points. Just click on the access point of your choice and you will be connected in seconds.

How do I use broadband hotspots when roaming?

Wired and wireless broadband hotspots are listed under different tabs in the user interface. Simply select the "Wired Broadband" or "Wireless Broadband" tab and input you location as you would when choosing a dial-up access point. The select the actual venue (hotel, airport, coffee shop) where you are located.
